The “Plan de Guadalupe International Airport” is located in the city of Ramos Arizpe on km. 13.5 of the Saltillo-Monterrey highway. This airport offers two daily flights to Mexico City, as well as one daily flight to Houston, Texas.

The “Venustiano Carranza International Airport” located in the municipality of Frontera offers one flight (monday to friday) to the City of Monterrey, N.L. and 1 flight of Sunday to Friday to the city of Piedras Negras, Coah. Additionally it offers daily an international flight to the city of Houston, Texas in the United States.

This air terminal offers customs and cargo service, zoophytic-sanitary inspection, car rental and other land transportation services.

 

The “Piedras Negras International Airport”  located just south of Eagle Pass, Tx. provides 3 daily flights to the city of Monterrey, N. L.

In addition, to the passenger services at Piedras Negras, the airfield just west of Acuña (south of Del Rio, Tx.) provides commercial and cargo flights.

This region has an airstrip which is located in the municipality of Sabinas. This paved runway measures 1,750 meters long by 30 meters wide, and has a taxiway and general platform of 113 meters wide by 90 meters long.  The runway is identified as 12/30 and at present does not operate any commercial airline. 

In addition to the airstrip in Sabinas, the region has an aerodome for private flights and aero-taxi service located in the municipality of Múzquiz which provides access to the “Piedras Negras International Airport” in Piedras Negras and the “Venustiano Carranza International Airport” in Monclova.
